When deciding on a career specialty in the cloud space, many people make the same mistake: they choose the highest-paying option rather than what they truly enjoy. For anyone who has invested time and money in learning resources, it's important to understand that mastering the cloud requires hundreds of hours of learning and hands-on practice to become an expert and achieve higher salaries. Those who choose a specialty solely based on pay, without genuine interest, often find themselves frustrated and burned out after investing so much time and money, leading to quitting or having to restart their learning journey. Learn from their mistakes—choose a specialty you truly enjoy or are intrigued by. All cloud roles offer competitive salaries, and the money will always follow those who are passionate and enjoy their work.
